WebI use a 10% glycolic serum (1-2x/week), a lactic acid wash (3-4x/week, super gentle), and the Murad salicylic acid wash (3-4x/week). You’re just starting with tret so give it time and listen to your skin. As you begin to understand how your skin reacts to tret, you should be able to add in other products that will help support tret.

If you use the glycolic and lactic acid every night then add the tretnoin once a week until your skin gets acclimated.
